circowall mud stacked or layered
brickette by bc
the vision of bc architects and studies has always been to build with local materials; realizing projects in africa they learned how to make usefull building materials with amazing properties out of the clays and sands that were to be found in the near surroundings of a building project ; they brought this knowledge back to brussels where they started using urban gravels and clays from excavations in town to make mixes for rammed earth constructions; soon also clay bricks and clayplasters followed;
In this way they avoid loads of grey energy

in the same way, we @circomat offer our clients to make the bricketttes with local clays and gravels in antwerp, our homebase ; if you are interested, we will organise together with bc a productions site with your ground, clay and gravels at your building site or in the neighbourhood ;
because local is local!
